Can I start for free?+

Yes. You can import, edit, and export SRT or VTT captions without a paid plan. A free account includes 30 transcription minutes per month and three AI drafts when these services are available.

Which video links work?+

Direct public YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram video links are supported by the processing pipeline. Private, age-restricted, live, and region-restricted videos may not be accessible. You can upload the original recording instead.

Will the transcript be perfect?+

Automatic transcription can miss names, accents, and overlapping speech. Review the words against the recording before publishing. You can edit every segment.

Can I cancel a paid plan?+

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal from Settings. Your current paid period stays active until its end.
